It's also genuinely easy to maintain yourself after launch — you won't need to come back to me for every small update, which saves you money long-term.

The main differences are scope and scale. Signature is ideal for new businesses needing a focused 1–3 page site quickly. Bespoke is the full custom experience — more pages, deeper brand styling, and more complexity. Elite is for established businesses with larger projects, e-commerce, member areas, or course builds.

If you're unsure, a free discovery call is the easiest way to figure out which fits your goals.

Typically 2–5 weeks depending on scope. Signature projects usually complete in 2–3 weeks. Bespoke runs 3–5 weeks. Elite timelines are confirmed on your discovery call based on project size.

The biggest factors that speed things up: having your content, images, and brand assets ready before we begin, and turning around feedback promptly during the design phase.

Ideally: your logo, brand colours and fonts, written copy for each page, and any photography you'd like to use. Don't worry if these aren't all finalised — we can talk through what you have on your discovery call and work around gaps.

I can also point you toward trusted copywriters and photographers if you need support there.

A 50% deposit is required to begin the project and secure your spot in my calendar. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion — once you're happy with the final result and before the site is handed over to you.

You'll also have 30 days of free email support post-launch, so there's always someone to ask if you get stuck.

Yes — whether you want a full overhaul or a targeted refresh, I can work with your existing content and structure to create something that feels completely new. Redesign projects follow the same process as a new build.

My project fee is a one-time cost. Squarespace requires an active subscription to keep your site live — plans typically range from around $16–$49/month, or less on an annual plan. I'll recommend the right plan for your project during our call.
